6 Week Class Series
Want to feel stronger and more steady on your feet?
In this class we will strengthen and increase flexibility of our feet, ankles, hips, our core, back muscles as well as our overall posture to improve our balance.
We will cultivate body awareness along with a focused attention through mindful movement and we will use the breath to help up us stay present in the moment.
We will also look at where there is imbalance in the rest of our being and work with various tools to support overall balance of our body, emotions, mind and spirit.
This is a moderate class for those experienced with yoga.
