Mindful Meditation classes increase mental clarity and give employees the tools to respond in new ways to stressful situations. Classes are 45-minutes. 10-week sessions are recommended.

Yoga classes build strength and increase energy and flexibility while reducing stress. They are tailored to meet the needs of the individual as well as the group. Classes are one hour. 10-week sessions are recommended.

Elder Wellness

…enhance quality of life with encouragement, guidance and support.  They can be done at your facility or in an individual’s home.

Therapeutic Yoga classes help ease chronic pain, facilitate deeper breathing, lift the spirits and promote relaxation and inner peace.  Classes accommodate all levels of mobility, including those seated in chairs and wheelchairs.

Reiki energy work, done in one-on-one sessions, promotes healing and eases pain and discomfort in the body through light and gentle touch.

Yoga Therapy – one-one sessions offer support for chronic pain, injury, illness, anxiety and depression. It can also provide support for those in palliative care as well as hospice. Various tools are used based on an individual’s specific needs and goals such as gentle movement, guided breathing, guided relaxation, awareness and presence.

Therapeutic yoga, Meditation, Energy work, and Nature connection will help you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. These one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals for healing.  I support your body’s innate healing ability through listening, education, recommendations and empowerment.
